Just rambling on...
Hey - a Space Shuttle went up again this morning! I was really surprised - it seems like one just came down a few weeks ago... Nice to see they're finally getting them up again - unfortunately, they don't have a whole lot of flights left - going to be retired in 2010??? how can that be???
And to top that off, I see the F-117 is being retired??? - What the heck is going on??? I must have been asleep for the past 10 years or something!
And what is with the Air Force giving the new Air Refueling Tanker contract to a FOREIGN company? Boeing did a fine job on the KC-135 (I was a boom operator in the Air Force) and was shocked to see Boeing didn't get the contract!!!
Oh well, with the price of gas skyrocketing and what is OBVIOUSLY a recession going on, why not? I could say the world is going to pot - but people have said that forever haven't they?

I need to go get some SLEEP!
